Welcome to coolmira. These Terms of Service govern your use of our AI air conditioner with predictive comfort and efficiency tuning, information products, and goods. Please read carefully.

1. Services

When you purchase our predictive AI air conditioning service, you subscribe to a personalized comfort and efficiency tuning session. You may cancel up to 24 hours before the scheduled appointment and receive a full refund. All scheduled sessions may be rescheduled once within six months at no extra cost. After the session completes, refunds are not available due to the customized nature of the service.

2. Information Products

Our digital manuals, guides, and training modules are delivered instantly after purchase. Because of immediate access, these items are non-refundable once accessed or downloaded. If you encounter technical issues preventing access, please contact us within seven days for support and potential credit toward another purchase.

3. Goods

Physical products such as smart thermostats and sensors may be sent back in unused condition within 30 days of delivery. To qualify, the product must be in original packaging. You may use the refund form linked below. After inspection and approval, we issue credit to the original payment method or via bank transfer within ten business days, minus shipping charges.

4. Refund Policy

Refund requests must be submitted through our Customer Support Form. For services canceled in accordance with section 1, we process credits within seven business days. For goods, see section 3 for processing times. Please include proof of purchase and order details. We will notify you by email once the credit is completed. If a refund is granted, any shipping fees paid are not credited unless the item is defective or damaged.
